I ordered from dreamcatcherbohemian.com.au and had to return something, that part went smoothly at first. I was relieved because I thought, okay, this won’t be a big issue. But then the refund just dragged on, and my relief turned into frustration quickly because I kept having to check in instead of just getting a clear update.

To be fair, they did reply in the end, so I can’t say it was a total nightmare. I was glad they didn’t ignore me completely, but waiting that long to get my money back was still really annoying. I think they’d be much better if they communicated more clearly during the refund process.

It showed up looking pretty much like the pictures. I didn’t measure it or anything, but it seems a little smaller than I expected...

I’m really happy with this overall. The quality feels nice, and it seems sturdy so far (which is exactly what I was hoping for).
